Armed with a unique blend of roles, Colin’s experiences have given him an exceptional understanding and comprehensive knowledge of a broad spectrum of construction methodologies and practices.

With more than 20 years’ professional expertise in the construction sector, Juliet stands as an authority in waterproofing and kitchen and bathroom renovations, complemented by her considerable experience as a building consultant.
In addition, Juliet is also a registered building practitioner, fulfilling the demanding criteria set forth in clause 21 of the REIV purchase contracts. Beyond her professional accomplishments, Juliet is an avid animal lover and a pivotal member of our team. Her eye for detail and expansive knowledge of the building industry makes her an indispensable asset to the business.
Married to Colin and mother to their 5 children, Tash became an integral part of the team in March 2022. At the helm of office operations, Tash ensures that the Hamley team is fully supported and equipped to excel.
A seasoned financial adviser and former mortgage broker with over 17 years’ experience, Tash holds a Certificate IV in Building and Construction and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD). Tash also holds a Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning.
