A Special purpose building report is a broad based assessment and written report. We apply these to inspections that don’t fit a specific category.

Some examples of a Special Purpose Building Report may be a defect report on only one single portion of a building, defective workmanship, defective application of building materials.

These reports can also be applied to insurance claims or for independent assessments.
